This isn't funny. It doesn't even have any sense to it. If the snowman was warm-blooded and had saliva then he would have no more issue with the stamp than any other person. If he was as cold as ice then the stamp wouldn't have any adhesion because there would be no moisture for the pre-applied dried glue. In order for this joke to work, the premise has to be that in some universe, somewhere, stamps become like super-glue when in the presence of cold. As it is not funny, and possibly not interesting, I don't think this constitutes a joke.
