ClaudiaMarina-2010-12-9-08-49.jpg?fileId=9757428

Many thanks to Claudia Osmond for hosting last night’s holiday tweetup! SO great to see people again. You can see more photos in my Flickr account.

Apologies to those who were unable to attend because of the conflict with the CANSCAIP meeting; Claudia had to schedule the party for the same night because of new house issues. From now on, however, Torkidlit tweetups will resume their schedule of the first Wednesday of each month. New location: Fin Izakaya. To be kept up-to-date about Torkidlit get-togethers, please join our Toronto MG/YA Writers’ Group on Facebook.

There will be book reviews, interviews, guest blog posts, and giveaways–be sure to stop by and check it out! Here are the stops:

Nov. 15: Steph Su Reads and Word bookstore
Nov. 16: Word of Mouse Book Reviews and Bella’s Bookshelves
Nov. 17: The Reading Girl and Between the Pages
Nov. 18: Page Turners and Tahleen’s Mixed-Up Files
Nov. 19: YA Addict and YA Book Shelf

And here's the gorgeous cover, which I never get sick of looking at (I'm a proud new book-mom, can you tell?):
